Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of affordable housing communities, including leasing, resident relations, and compliance. You will assist with rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor management, while stepping in for the Property Manager when needed.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability to keep sites compliant and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in affordable housing, leasing, or site operations.
• Familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, or other compliance programs preferred.
• COS or Tax Credit certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with leasing and resident support.
• Support regulatory compliance and file audits.
• Handle rent collection and vendor coordination.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and unit turnovers.
• Provide office support and maintain records.
