Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Property Manager for affordable housing communities in the United States. You will supervise on-site teams, manage leasing, and ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC rules while supporting resident services.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, vacancy reduction, vendor management, and coordinated maintenance. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility for after-hours coverage.

Formación

• 3+ years on-site property management in affordable housing.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Illinois Leasing Agent License within 120 days of employment if not licensed in Illinois.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (e.g., OneSite).
• Availability for evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Staff Management & Supervision: hire, train, evaluate, and support site staff.
• Leasing & Resident Management: maximize occupancy and ensure compliant resident selection.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: HUD/LIHTC, Fair Housing, and reporting requirements.
• Financial Management: assist with annual budget, monitor expenditures, and manage cash flow.
• Operations & Maintenance: schedule preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
