Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support an on-site community. The role covers corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as make-ready tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, pools, and grounds, and ensuring safety standards are followed. Basic on-site software knowledge and Fair Housing/OSHA familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• On-site maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for work-order software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units to prepare for new residents.
• Maintain swimming pool area and log chemical levels accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines in daily tasks.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked with supplies.
