Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks.

Regular on-site attendance, accurate record-keeping, and strong safety practices are essential as you respond to requests and maintain common areas, buildings, and units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain community areas and units, coordinating repairs and replacements.
• Assist with make-ready processes and preventative maintenance program.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily, identifying hazards and liability risks.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and ensure safety standards.
• Support on-call emergencies and proper inventory management.
