Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance across communities, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready processes under supervision and respond to work orders promptly, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic tasks as directed to support property operations.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines in daily activities.
• Assist in the daily make-ready process and unit turnover.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Handle on-call emergency at the community and report incidents as required.
