Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role covers routine and emergency maintenance, make-ready tasks, and daily upkeep under supervision.

Strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and timely response to resident requests. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance duties including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inspections to prepare units for occupancy.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Maintain safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and proper documentation of chemical logs and maintenance records.
