Job summary

Asset Living in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for on‑site repairs, make‑ready tasks, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and customer relations with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on community buildings and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with the make‑ready process and inventory management.
• Participate in on‑call emergencies at the community.
