Job summary

Asset Living in Moses Lake, WA is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform make-ready work, maintain common areas and units, and ensure safety standards while documenting service requests and logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform repairs and routine upkeep of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready processes and schedule maintenance/repair tasks.
• Maintain records, safety standards, and chemical logs for pool and facilities.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
