Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep our apartment communities. Under supervision, you will complete service requests, perform electrical and plumbing work, and prepare units for move-in.

You will follow OSHA standards, ensure safety, and interact professionally with residents and vendors. The role requires flexible hours, weekend/on-call rotation, and willingness to assist with groundskeeping and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, trade school certification desired.
• CAMT certification preferred but not required.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs.
• Maintain community appearance and perform make-ready tasks.
• Complete records in Onesite for service requests and make-ready units.
• Perform electrical and plumbing work as required.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other tasks.
• Participate in on-call and snow removal activities as applicable.
