Job summary

Asset Living in Henderson, NV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety standards and excellent resident service while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires OSHA and EPA/CPO knowledge, HVAC familiarity, and strong on-site software and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of assigned staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Plan and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
