Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills; HVAC knowledge is preferred. This is an on-site role with a focus on efficiency, safety, and affordable housing properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of on-site staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities daily for hazards and necessary repairs.
• Order maintenance supplies and manage inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and make-ready processes.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and safety compliance.

Education
