Job summary

Asset Living in Sparks, NV seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff coordination at our community. You will work with the Community Manager to ensure safety, quality, and timely make-ready.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. This is an on-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds and property daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records and manage maintenance supplies within budget.
