Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a community, supervising staff and vendors, handling work orders, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires on-site presence, strong organizational skills, and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of on-site staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain records for service requests, make-ready status, and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and manage resources efficiently.
• Promote customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
