Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a multifamily community. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff performance while coordinating with the Community Manager to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

This role requires an on-site presence, EPA/CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge, with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC experience is desired.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and community policies.
• Maintain records of service requests and inspections.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory management.
