Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards are met. The role emphasizes on-site supervision, resident service, and budget-conscious management.

Candidates should have affordable housing maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections while upholding OSHA and Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas for hazards and remediate.
• Manage maintenance supplies and keep within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage as required.
