Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff management. You will work with the Community Manager to ensure safe, efficient operations and vendor coordination.

The role requires a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge, with on-site software proficiency and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Manage supplies and inventory within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Plan resources and supervise maintenance projects.
