Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for affordable housing properties. The role requires on-site duties, daily tours, lead generation, and thorough lease administration.

Familiarity with LIHTC/HUD programs and strong customer service are valued. Experience with on-site software, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are essential.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales using established processes; generate leads and conduct tours.
• Complete lease paperwork and assist with audits, turnover, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns promptly.

Educación

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Basic computer skills
