Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site attendance and effective showings to close leases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing actions to close sales; generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, walks, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
