Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations, meet leasing and financial goals, and deliver excellent customer service for residents.

The role focuses on affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and LIHTC, compliance with regulations, conducting tours, processing applications, and collaborating with the Community Director to achieve property goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC) preferred.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Team-oriented approach to meet community goals.

Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications under Section 8 and LIHTC.
• Maintain resident files and ensure program compliance.
• Coordinate lease execution and renewals with management and compliance terms.
• Prepare documents for audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide exemplary resident service and create a welcoming environment.
• Greet residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing terms to prospects.
• Drive property performance through events and resident retention.
