Asset Living seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show, lease, tour, greet, qualify, and process move-ins, while maintaining prospect data and achieving leasing goals.

Regular on-site attendance is required and exceptional customer service is essential. The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Implement marketing plans to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention programs.
• Support marketing outreach and market surveys to stay competitive.
