Asset Living in Florida is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our affordable assets. This pivotal role requires frontline sales, strong customer service, and meticulous lease administration.

You will show units, qualify prospects, conduct tours, sign leases, and process paperwork while maintaining leasing data. On-site attendance is required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA being essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide excellent resident relations and address service requests and concerns.
