Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for our properties. The role involves showing units, qualifying applicants, tours, and signing leases, with emphasis on timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, tour, and sign residents.
• Greet, qualify, and move in prospective residents.
• Conduct lease closings and complete all required paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and resident retention programs.
• Enforce community policies and address resident concerns.
