Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property.

The role requires on-site presence, experience with affordable housing programs like LIHTC/HUD, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include showings, lease signings, lead follow-up, and maintaining leasing data. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Conduct tours and sign leases; staff to close sales and manage follow-up.
• Maintain accurate resident and leads data; respond within 24 hours.
• Support lease audits, walk units, and turn process.
• Maintain property marketing and leasing plans; assist with market surveys.
