Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for our affordable housing assets. The role requires onsite presence, preparing tours, qualifying applicants, signing leases, and handling move-ins with accuracy and enthusiasm.

You will support leasing data integrity, respond to leads within 24 hours, and contribute to marketing plans, market surveys, and resident retention programs while upholding fair housing practices and excellent

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing, marketing and resident relations for affordable housing assets.
• Ability to present, tour, qualify applicants, and close leases.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease and administrate leasing activities; on-site presence required.
• Greet, tour, qualify, and lease prospective residents; move-ins.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
