Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in affordable housing programs, with on-site leadership, budgeting, and marketing experience. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and CAM/ARM certifications are a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections.
• Lead on-site staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies, and resident retention programs.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure property safety and compliance.
