Qualifications

• Three years of management experience including supervising a team.
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EIV experience.
• Yardi and RealPage experience preferred.
• TCS certification for tax credit properties.
• Experience in Affordable Housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to leasing laws (HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Maintain HUD 4350.3 Handbook compliance and respond to regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Regional Managers on lease/compliance issues.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination to meet regulations.
• Manage rent collection, applications, delinquencies, and evictions as needed.
• Prepare reports on building performance and budgets for reviews.
