Job summary

Onnit Labs, Inc. is seeking a commercially minded affiliate and social commerce leader to own and scale how creators drive sales across Amazon, DTC, and creator storefronts. You will build commissions, recruit creators, and manage agency and platform partners to optimize ROI and revenue.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on execution across affiliate networks and platforms, while ensuring compliance with disclosure rules and platform policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing for a consumer brand.
• Experience with at least one major affiliate network and knowledge of attribution tools.
• Proven ability to grow and scale TikTok Shop and live shopping.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills: budgeting, modeling commission economics, vendor management.
• Understanding of FTC endorsement guidelines and claims compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy and annual plan across platforms and networks.
• Grow Amazon affiliate revenue and manage creator partnerships.
• Build pipeline of high-value creators and monitor for fraud and payouts.
• Scale TikTok Shop end-to-end and manage platform partnerships.
• Oversee creator content, listings, and offers for compliance.
• Manage budget and performance reporting; coordinate with analytics.
