Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale our affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Channel Owner, with hybrid attendance in Ewing, NJ or NYC.

You will recruit partners, set commissions, manage tracking, and optimize performance, coordinating with brand, social, and influencer teams to maximize GMV and customer quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
• Experience managing programs on ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon.
• Strong analytics, attribution knowledge, and ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a US affiliate strategy across ShopMy/LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and creators.
• Set commissions, goals, and agreements; manage tracking tools.
• Collaborate with brand, social, and PR to align campaigns.
• Monitor performance and optimize attribution and GMV.
