Job summary

ForceBrands seeks a hands-on leader to own and scale affiliate, creator, ambassador, and community marketing initiatives. You will recruit and manage a nationwide affiliate/creator network, build strategic partnerships, and drive measurable results across performance channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador, or community marketing.
• Experience with a high-growth consumer brand (CPG, wellness, supplements, food/beverage, fitness, or lifestyle).
• Proven track record building or expanding affiliate/ambassador programs.
• Experience recruiting college ambassadors or campus marketing.
• Experience recruiting/managing performance-based affiliates and paid UGC creators.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and the creator landscape.
• Familiar with influencer platforms such as Social Snowball, Impact, GRIN, Aspire, Superfiliate.
• Strong grasp of revenue, CAC, and content performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship-building with creators, affiliates, partners.
• Ability to work independently and own responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage the affiliate/creator network across the U.S. and U.K., with a U.S. focus.
• Increase affiliate revenue via recruitment, incentives, product seeding, and ongoing engagement.
• Develop lasting creator relationships that become brand advocates.
• Identify top affiliates and build stronger partnerships.
• Collaborate with TikTok Shop and agencies to recruit/grow TikTok affiliates.
• Test new approaches to boost participation, content, and revenue.
• Create a reliable pipeline of high-quality UGC from affiliates/paid creators.
• Directly recruit/brief creators, oversee deliverables, ensure schedules.
• Develop affiliates into recurring content partners.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize content concepts.
• Build/maintain a creator-content library for paid/organic social, DTC, TikTok Shop, retail.
• Expand U.S. ambassador and college marketing network.
• Recruit ambassadors across universities and communities.
• Engage ambassadors to support retail launches and brand moments.
• Develop repeatable campaigns to boost awareness, content, and retail traffic.
• Partner with Retail/Marketing to support key retailers.
