Job summary

Onnit Labs, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a commercially minded, hands-on affiliate and social commerce leader to own and scale how creators drive sales across Amazon, DTC, and creator storefronts.

You’ll set strategy, recruit creators, manage partners, and optimize ROI with data-driven decisions. You'll lead campaigns on TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and emerging platforms, owning budgets, commissions, and vendor contracts while partnering with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure compliant, profitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing for a consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with major affiliate networks (Impact, Levanta, CJ, Rakuten).
• Proven TikTok Shop growth including Seller Center and Creator collaborations.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills to model commission economics and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy and annual plan across platforms with clear targets.
• Grow Amazon affiliate revenue via creator connections and campaigns.
• Build a pipeline of creators, publishers, and sites; monitor quality and payouts.
• Scale TikTok Shop end-to-end, including offers, Shop Ads, and LIVE events.
• Lead creator affiliate programs, sampling, tiers, briefs, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, claims, and content rights.
• Manage budgets and reporting; partner with analytics for incrementality.
