Job summary
Little Dot Studios seeks an experienced Social Commerce & Affiliate Operations Manager to own and scale the affiliate revenue engine for a lead Creator. You’ll drive strategy and hands-on execution across links, tagging, and native shopping features, partnering with Channel, Content, and Management teams to optimize earnings.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with major affiliate networks and direct brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate link strategies and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with native video shopping features and creator workflows.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with brands, agencies, and platforms to maximize commissions and exclusive promos.
- Insert and monitor affiliate links across YouTube descriptions, comments, and newsletters.
- Set up and optimize native commerce tagging on video content (YouTube, TikTok).
- Manage link routing, localization, and out-of-stock fallbacks.
- Build monthly dashboards tracking EPC, CTR, and conversions per video.
- Ensure FTC and platform compliance across all promotions.
- Collaborate with Channel Management, Content, and Production teams.
