Job summary

Soni, based in New York, seeks an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate and partnership programs across a portfolio of consumer brands. You’ll shape strategy, recruit partners, and transition the channel from agency management to an in-house function.

You will own multi-brand affiliate operations, evaluate platforms, negotiate commissions, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to drive growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and platforms listed.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliate partners and publishers.
• Strong understanding of attribution, commissions, and ecommerce performance.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle or consumer/DTC brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow affiliate and partnership programs across multiple brands.
• Help transition affiliate marketing from agency management to in-house ownership.
• Evaluate and manage affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Partnerize, Rakuten, or similar.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with publishers, content partners, influencer-affiliates, cashback/loyalty partners, and other affiliates.
• Negotiate commission structures, promotional opportunities, and seasonal partnerships.
• Develop promotional calendars aligned with broader ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance, compliance, fraud, and coupon activity.
• Measure channel performance, attribution, and ROI in partnership with Analytics.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities for continued growth.
