Job summary

Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles invites applications for a Social Commerce & Affiliate Operations Manager. The role owns, scales, and optimizes the affiliate revenue engine for a lead Creator, spanning strategic development to day-to-day execution.

You will work with Channel Lead and Content teams to maximize earnings across affiliate links, YouTube Shopping, and TikTok Shop. You will set network strategies, secure high-margin direct brand deals, tag products in videos, and monitor performance

Qualifications

Experience with major affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale, PartnerStack, Commission Juncture, MagicLinks).
Strong negotiation and deal-making to secure higher commission splits and exclusive promos.
Adept at analyzing performance metrics to drive revenue growth across video content.
Familiarity with native video shopping features and product tagging on major platforms.

Responsibilities

Negotiate with third-party platforms and brands to secure optimal commission rates and exclusive promos.
Insert and monitor affiliate links, pinned comments, and CTAs across YouTube uploads, newsletters, and social channels.
Set up and manage product tagging in videos using YouTube Shopping and TikTok Shop workflows.
Implement link routing tools to prevent broken links and localize content.
Run A/B tests on descriptions, CTAs, and product groupings to maximize click-throughs.
Analyze EPC, CTR, and video conversion to produce monthly performance dashboards.
