Job summary

Onnit, an Austin-based health and wellness company, is seeking a commercially minded affiliate and social commerce leader. You will own and scale how creators drive sales across Amazon, DTC, and creator storefronts, while growing TikTok Shop and testing emerging platforms like Whatnot.

You’ll build commission structures, recruit creators, manage agencies, and optimize ROI across channels. The role requires 5+ years in affiliate/partner marketing, strong analytical skills, and hands-on platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing for a consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, Levanta, CJ, Rakuten).
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; able to manage a channel budget and model commission economics.
• Clear understanding of FTC endorsement guidelines and creator content rights.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy and annual plan across platforms, including commissions and partner tiers.
• Grow Amazon affiliate revenue through creator connections and campaigns.
• Build a pipeline of creators, publishers, and content sites with clear quality criteria.
• Scale TikTok Shop end-to-end, including catalog, listings, offers, and Shop Ads.
• Scale the creator affiliate program with sampling, tiers, briefs, and platform testing.
• Ensure content and offers meet supplement claims, policies, FTC rules, and rights.
• Manage budget and weekly/monthly performance reporting with analytics support.
• Plan for launches and tentpoles, align offers with pricing policy, coordinate with finance/legal.
