Job summary

Lumenis, a leader in energy-based medical technologies, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow a high-impact territory in the U.S. You will drive capital equipment sales, expand relationships with clinics and med spas, and close complex deals in aesthetics.

Charleston, SC area preferred; 50% travel within territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and partner with regional leaders to execute territory growth strategies while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years outside B2B or capital medical device sales.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Strong consultative selling with multi-decision-maker cycles.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Own the sales process from prospecting through close with accurate forecasting.
• Build partnerships with physicians and clinical teams and represent Lumenis at events and territory travel.
