Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the SouthEast USA. The role focuses on presenting Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products to clients in MedSpas and dermatology practices, driving growth across Florida and neighboring states.

This field-based role requires substantial travel and a collaborative, customer-focused approach. Location is Hybrid/Remote with responsibilities to develop accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet sales

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
