Zusammenfassung

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive growth across the Northeast region. You will present Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products to potential clients, identify opportunities, and tailor solutions for MedSpas and dermatology practices.

This is a hybrid field-based role with daily travel within the assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets across states including Pennsylvania.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Aufgaben

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
• Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA regulations and internal policies.
