Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Southeast United States. This highly field-based role covers Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, with daily travel and 10–15% additional travel outside the territory.

Hybrid/Remote location and requirement to reside in one of the five states. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director, SouthEast, and focuses on presenting products to clients, identifying opportunities, and driving growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales reps from different territories to share best practices.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
• Understand industry trends and landscape relevant to the region.
• Stay updated on economic indicators and competitors to maintain sales volume.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA regulations and internal SOPs.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours.
• Complete tasks within defined timeframes.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
