OVME is seeking a dedicated Studio Assistant Manager in Jacksonville to lead daily studio operations, support the Studio Manager, and mentor coordinators and medical assistants. The role focuses on delivering a high-end client experience, engaging the local community, and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and organized operations.

The candidate must have 2–4 years of management experience in medical aesthetics or similar industries, strong leadership, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of management experience, preferably within medical aesthetics or a comparable industry.
• Demonstrates ability to lead by example, support team members, and take initiative in daily studio operations.
• Proficient in front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, client experience, and handling escalations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive, motivating environment for all team members and clients.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving performance targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges and operational efficiency.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation, with the ability to manage and regularly update the studio’s social media page.
• Commitment to delivering a high-end, personalized client experience aligned with OVME’s brand and values.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily studio operations in collaboration with the Studio Manager.
• Lead and mentor Studio Coordinators and Medical Assistants; support onboarding and training.
• Deliver a high-touch luxury client experience and handle inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate communication between clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
