Job summary

OVME in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Studio Assistant Manager to lead daily operations of the Medical Aesthetics Studio, partner with the Studio Manager, and elevate the client experience to the brand's luxury standard.

You will mentor Studio Coordinators and Medical Assistants, manage front desk tasks, events, and community outreach while ensuring compliance, safety, and confidentiality in all client records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in medical aesthetics or a similar industry.
• Ability to lead by example, support team members, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee and optimize appointment booking to minimize conflicts and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges while maintaining productivity and service quality.
• Ensure client records are accurate, confidential, and compliant.
• Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Coach and mentor Studio Coordinators and Medical Assistants.
