OVME is seeking a Studio Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee daily operations, lead the Studio Team, and ensure outstanding client service. You will supervise aesthetics practitioners, medical staff, and front desk personnel, while driving performance and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced studio environment. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate across departments to optimize patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven team.
• Experience managing social media or online presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Studio operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise Studio staff and front desk, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Maintain inventory and oversee supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative activities for seamless care.
• Lead staff meetings and ongoing training programs.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support marketing efforts to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
