OVME Aesthetics in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, administration, and a premium client experience. You will ensure efficient service delivery, supervise staff across clinical and front desk, and maintain a smooth workflow within the studio.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, manage scheduling and inventory, and coordinate with the clinical team to optimize patient care.

Formación

• 3+ years management experience in a studio or clinic setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Studio operations and administration to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and guide Studio staff including practitioners, medical aestheticians, medical assistants, and front desk.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvement strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on Studio activity, finances, and operations for management.
• Implement policies and standards to maintain high-quality service.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and patient care.
• Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, privacy laws, and licensing.
