Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Account Manager to cover Louisiana and Mississippi. The role is field-based with a strong emphasis on direct selling SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse products to targeted aesthetics customers.

You will lead pull-through programs, provide clinical guidance, and work with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aesthetics sales, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C settings.
• Aesthetics sales background desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel; ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse brands to targeted aesthetic customers in LA and MS.
• Sell products and pull-through programs with high-performance teams.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with efficient use of resources.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and clinical data.
• Plan and conduct in-person trainings and presentations for clients.
• Maintain timely reports and adhere to compliance and travel policies.
