Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics in Des Moines, IA seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead sales of SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse. You will work with physicians and aesthetic clinics, delivering consultative sales and driving pull-through programs across the territory.

The role requires at least 3 years of B2B2C sales experience, a drivers license, and strong communication with a focus on outcomes and territory planning. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with B2B2C emphasis.
• Aesthetics sales background or related experience desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Promote SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse brands to targeted aesthetic customers.
• Meet sales quotas through consultative selling and pull-through programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, other Allergan teams and field assets to optimize territory plans.
• Educate customers on device features, treatment benefits, and portfolio differentiation.
• Develop call plans and allocate resources to maximize coverage and revenue.
