Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of ABMs and drive regional B2B sales across the Aesthetic portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and extensive travel to engage dermatologists, surgeons, and medical spas.

You will partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement regional strategies, recruit top talent, and manage CRM and forecasting to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related commercial sales experience; injectable Aesthetics preferred.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with customers, building credibility and rapport.
• Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies and business plans.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to manage field assets and resources including expenses and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel 40–50% required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs, managing B2B sales activities and meeting region goals.
• Coach and develop ABMs on B2B buy/sell strategies and market tactics.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze regional market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement national/regional strategies.
• Conduct field rides, coaching, and performance reviews to foster accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key accounts.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard ABMs.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
• Attend company sales meetings and regional conventions.
