Job summary

Galderma in Miami, FL is seeking an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Aesthetic Business Managers and drive revenue across our full aesthetic brand portfolio in the region.

You will develop regional sales plans, coach ABMs, and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences among dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key accounts; travel will be 40-50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related commercial experience.
• Prior injectable Aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
• Prior people management experience highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel estimated at 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs in B2B sales.
• Coach, mentor, and develop ABMs on sales strategies.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key accounts.
• Maintain CRM documentation and pipeline management.
