Job summary

Galderma in the United States seeks an Aesthetic Business Manager to drive revenue by selling Galderma’s full Aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and aesthetics practices. The ABM leads territory performance, expands accounts, and penetrates the portfolio across an assigned geography.

You will collaborate with practice owners and decision-makers to align business goals with customized solutions, while leading training initiatives and maintaining CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales in a quota-driven role.
• Experience in dermatology, medical devices, or aesthetic sales strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue through strategic planning and account management.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities via consultative selling.
• Collaborate with physicians, practice owners, and administrators to tailor portfolio solutions.
• Lead HCP training programs and education workshops.
• Maintain CRM, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management.
• Ensure compliant pricing, documentation, and disclosure.
• Travel within assigned territory (approx. 80%).
