Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related commercial experience in sales, product/brand management, sales training management, national account management or similar experience; prior injectable Aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated and sustained high performance; prior people management experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers, building relationships and credibility.
• Ability to implement and execute marketing strategies and effective business plans.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must maintain integrity and ethics; travel 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs, overseeing B2B sales activities, achieving regional revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop ABMs on direct selling techniques and market strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitive insights, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to execute national and regional strategies.
• Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to foster accountability and customer-focused selling.
