Job summary

United Aesthetics Alliance is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids. The role focuses on delivering a warm, relational patient experience through texting, phone, and email, while credentialing surgeons and providers and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

You will collaborate with the billing staff, educate patients on procedures, skincare options, and financing, and ensure patients are prepared for appointments with clear pre-treatment guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting, preferably in a MedSpa or plastic surgery facility.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and procedures is desired.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, relational patient experience via phone, text, and email.
• Credential the practice, physicians, and providers to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient files.
• Manage daily correspondence (fax, email, text).
• Develop knowledge of surgeons and treatments to support cross-disciplinary opportunities.
• Assist in educating patients on procedures, skincare products, and financing options.
• Prepare patients for appointments with pre-treatment guidance.
