Job summary

United Aesthetics Alliance is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist (PES) to deliver a highly relational patient experience across our Bengtson Center and Symmetry Med Spa. You will credential the practice, manage communications, and support billing inquiries while keeping HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at the forefront.

You will stay informed about surgical and non-surgical treatments, skincare options, and products to promote cross-disciplinary care and superior patient

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and procedures is desired.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently or with others.
• Education commonly includes an associate degree with 2–4 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact via phone, text, and email for patients.
• Credential practice, physicians, and providers to patients.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidential patient records.
• Distribute daily correspondence and manage communications.
• Develop knowledge of all procedures and products to support cross-referral opportunities.
• Educate patients on financing options and loyalty programs.
